Refund Policy
We value our customers and offer 24/7 support to resolve any concerns quickly. However, due to the nature of our work, last-minute cancellations or rescheduling requests make it difficult to accommodate other clients.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Immediate cancellations on the day of service will be charged in full.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original payment method only.
Important: Customers are responsible for safeguarding their own cash, jewelry, and other valuables. Prime Fix Technical Services LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for theft and dishonesty but is not liable for loss or damage to valuables.
Cancellation Policy
If work is canceled after our technician has arrived at your premises without prior notice, or if the technician is unable to access the property for any reason, a visit fee of AED 100 + VAT will apply.
If the proposed work is not rescheduled, cancellation fees will also include the cost of any materials purchased for the job and materials already used.
