For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

“Client” refers to any customer transacting with Prime Fix Technical Services LLC.

“Contractor” refers to Prime Fix Technical Services LLC, including its assignees, representatives, and subcontractors (collectively, “The Company”).

“Services” refers to all work performed by the Company, its employees, or subcontractors.
General Services

The Company reserves the right to accept or reject work at its discretion.

Once the Company agrees to undertake a job, the assigned operative will carry out the work according to their professional judgment.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
Charges Based on Time Spent

Charges include the cost of materials provided by the Company and all time spent by operatives on-site and off-site (including time spent obtaining unstocked materials).

Estimates provided at the time of booking are based on information supplied by the Client and the scheduler’s best judgment.

Only time spent directly working on the Client’s job will be billed.

VAT at the prevailing rate will be applied to all charges.

The Client is responsible for any parking fees incurred during service visits.

Time spent sourcing materials may be billed or included in the total time required to complete the work.
Work on Diagnostic & Fault-Finding

Diagnosing unknown issues may take multiple visits. The Company may suggest an initial visit to investigate the problem.

During this first visit, the specialist will explain the investigation conducted and propose next steps if the issue is not resolved.

The initial visit is fully billable based on the work performed and the progress made toward identifying the solution.

Further appointments may be recommended to complete the examination or repairs.
Fixed Price Work

Fixed-price quotes represent the firm cost that the Client is responsible for paying.

Quotes may be adjusted in the following cases:

The Client changes the scope or quantity of work after accepting the quote.

Material costs increase after the quote is accepted but before purchase.
-
Unanticipated issues arise before or after completion of the work.
-
The quote contains a clear and obvious error.

Complaints
Clients who believe work has been performed inadequately or left incomplete should contact the Company immediately.
Any reported flaws must be supported by evidence. Verified issues will be corrected at no additional charge.
The Company is not liable for any costs incurred by third parties engaged by the Client to address issues.
Payment for services remains due in full even if a complaint is made, as the Company retains its obligation to rectify any legitimate mistakes.
